It's almost time for our 7th Annual History Hike in partnership with Klamath County Museum. The hike takes place Saturday, May 18th. Hikers will leave the Y at 8:30am and be shuttled out to the Henley area. The hike route follows the C and A Canal banks. The distance is approximately 7 miles with no hills! The route is not suitable for wheel chair or small-wheeled infant strollers as there is sometimes no pathway on the ditch bank. Register at the Klamath Museum on Main Street or at the Y. $20 gets you a hike, a t-shirt, and a grilled burger! Registration deadline is May 16th.

Send-a-Kid-to-Camp Fundraiser
We are asking Y members and community alike to help Send-a-Kid-to-Camp by purchasing 50/50 tickets at the Y. Fifty-percent of the proceeds from ticket sales will go directly to the Camp Scholarship fund. The other half will go to a lucky winner.
Tickets are on sale now. The sale ends May 15, 2013, at 5pm when the winning ticket will be drawn.
Please help us raise funds for this worthy cause. Buy tickets at the Y front desk or from Y staff.

The YMCA of Klamath Falls is offering an American Red Cross Waterfront Lifeguard Certification Course beginning May 14 and ending June 6. Registration deadline is May 3, 2013. Please download the information and registration form from the EVENTS page on this website.

The 2013 Swim-a-Thon was a success. YMCA of Klamath Falls Aquatics Department will be purchasing two AEDs with adult and child pads and mannequins. Thank you to our many sponsors and participants!

The Y is committed to providing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. We make every effort to ensure that no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
