interval training session. The gym

offers an expansive space for a great

variety of challenging exercises.

Of course, Simon is an excellent trainer,

helping each person to do their best and

avoid injury. The group setting is fun!”

“These classes are a wonderful

addition to the YMCA’s exercise roster.

I have done this type of program before

and was very excited when it came here.

Simon is very motivational and can easily

adapt the exercise exercises to fit any

fitness level. My favorite class of his is

on Wednesday. It if fun and challenging

and we get to work out on all different

kinds of equipment.”

“Simon's class is amazing! He offers a wide variety of exercises. No class is the same. One can tell Simon has a passion for fitness and helping others that is represented in each of his classes. He is very good at making sure people are doing the exercise correctly for everyone's safety. He offers alternatives for all skill levels. The class is aimed to challenge people so they can achieve their fitness goals in the most encouraging and supportive way. Simon is a outstanding trainer and the Y would not be the same without his classes. I strongly encourage everyone to try his class. You will love it!
